After working for almost 10 years in wildlife control working for the “wire mesh”companies, I was tired of telling the owners how un happy their customers were with the look of their home. Working in construction my whole life, I gave alternative options and solutions to the owners and they said “it’s not our job to make it look good, it just has to work” So I Skedaddled out of that company and started Get ‘Em Out in 2017 because I knew I could offer a totally new kind of home services.
The type of home service were our customers can relax and not worry about the next steps. I created the only total home protection company in the world. a company that makes your home beautiful and often times better then before we got there.
Instead of covering a hole in your roof with wire mesh, we repair the hole properly. This way you don’t have to hire different companies to handle one problem. hiring a pest control company to get the animals out, then a roofer to replace the shingles, an insulation company to clean out the animals contamination, soffit and facia company, eavestrough company and even a mold company.

I spent 8 years watching what was considered industry standard practices, knowing deep down that there was a better, long-term solution for the customer.
There was just something about the way we did things back then that didn’t feel right to me. It wasn’t right for the animals and it sure wasn’t right for the homeowner. So, I decided it was time to change things. Not just in terms of what I was doing, but also in terms of the way wildlife control is done in the Ottawa area.
When I started Get’ Em Out Wildlife Control I wanted to take everything I learned during my time in the home-repair business and apply it to everything I didn’t like about the typical animal control tactics.
Instead, our team thinks outside the box.
We don’t screw a bit of wire screen over the holes in your house. We know that doesn’t work. Instead, we take the time to figure out the loopholes in your building’s structure. We know the areas that can be problematic for homeowners and take the time to make sure things are done right.
Not only that, but once the animals have been humanely removed from your house, we make sure that your house looks just as good as it did before we started.
We take the time to repair holes using quality materials that are colour matched to your home. If your soffit colour code is of a certain element, we will match it.
